Having recently returned from India where I had stem cell treatment,I felt compelled to write a few lines of encouragement others considering something similar . I broke my neck on a motorbike c3,c4,c5,so I am quadraplegic.Ever since, I have studied various stem cell treatments around,so when an opportunity to go to chennai came up at the right price I jumped at the chance. They would be my own cells so there would be less risk of rejection or infection my prefered method.
My brother Wayne came as my carer and neither of us had been out of Europe befor so we were in for a real culture shock. All flights, visas, accommadation, liasion with doctors and hospital was taken care of by The Medical Tourist Company, and their service was unbeatable.
At The Lifeline Hospital we were overwhelmed by how friendly and helpful everyone was, plus the level of professionalisim shown by all the staff , from cleaners, porters, and nurses though to surgeons and consultants ,they all ,took pride in their work and did a good job.
The treatment was carried out and went without problem, and we returned to UK wiser men. So,if you think you could be helped by stem cell treatment and you have a sense of adventure why not try India?
